Board of Directors Candidacy Form

Thank you for your interest in serving on the Board of Directors of the Adelphotis Arahoviton Karyae. This form is for members who wish to place their name forward for consideration as a candidate for the upcoming Board of Directors term. Forms must be submitted by Sunday, January 18, 2026.

Board of Directors – Term Information

The Adelphotis Arahoviton Karyae’s current Board of Directors term concludes at the end of 2025. We are seeking active and committed members to serve on the Board of Directors for the next two-year term (2026-2027).

The Board of Directors consists of 15 members. If more than 15 qualified members express interest in serving, an official election will be conducted in accordance with the Adelphotis by-laws to elect the new Board of Directors.

We strongly encourage Arahovites of all locations, ages, and backgrounds to consider running for the Board. A diverse Board brings valuable ideas, perspectives, and energy that help strengthen and guide our organization.

Role and Responsibilities of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors helps govern and oversee the operations of the Adelphotis and plays a key role in shaping the organization’s direction and priorities for the next two years. Service on the Board provides an opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the Adelphotis and its future.

Meetings are held quarterly, typically in Charlotte, North Carolina. Members may also participate via video conference. Board service requires commitment, collaboration, and a willingness to actively contribute.

If elected to the Board of Directors, members may also be eligible to serve on the Executive Board, which includes the following officer positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer

In accordance with the Adelphotis by-laws, these officers are selected from the Board of Directors and carry additional responsibilities in support of the organization.
