The current Adelphotis Board of Directors was elected in February 2026 and each member will serve a two year term until the end of 2027. The current Board of Directors includes:

Board of Directors – Term Information
The Board of Directors consists of 15 members. If more than 15 qualified members express interest in serving, an official election will be conducted in accordance with the Adelphotis by-laws to elect the new Board of Directors. In 2026, exactly 15 nominees expressed interest and no elections were needed.
Role and Responsibilities of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors helps govern and oversee the operations of the Adelphotis and plays a key role in shaping the organization’s direction and priorities for the next two years. Service on the Board provides an opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the Adelphotis and its future.
Meetings are held quarterly, typically in Charlotte, North Carolina. Members may also participate via video conference. Board service requires commitment, collaboration, and a willingness to actively contribute.
If elected to the Board of Directors, members may also be eligible to serve on the Executive Board, which includes the following officer positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer.
In accordance with the Adelphotis by-laws, these officers are selected from the Board of Directors and carry additional responsibilities in support of the organization.
