The Karyes foundation is a scholarship fund established by the Adelphotis Arahoviton Karyae, a historic Greek-American brotherhood. The foundation was created to help finance the education of students of Karyatan descent in both Greece and America. 

The Karyae Benevolent Foundation is led by a nine-member Board of Directors, each serving a five-year term with a one-year gap before eligibility for re-election.
